Trust Center

Review the evidence, authorization and handling practices that belong in a brand protection engagement.

Scope and authority

Agree on the contracting party, the rights under review and the actions its representative may take. A written scope should identify territories, channels, exclusions and the contact who resolves uncertainty.

Ownership documentation

Keep a reference copy of the work and the documents that connect it to the rights holder. Record the current license position and any authorized distributors before reviewing apparent matches.

Information handling

Agree on recipients, transfer channels, access, retention and deletion before sharing confidential material. A first inquiry can describe the concern without attaching contracts, identity documents or unpublished files.

Case visibility

Agree on a reporting cadence and reference format. A useful update identifies the target, action date, recipient response, last verification and next decision. A disputed request should remain identifiable throughout review.
