Inquiry drafts
When you choose to save an inquiry draft for the current tab, its fields are kept in browser session storage. Clear site data in your browser to remove saved fields. Sending the finished message takes place in your email application.
Inspect site data
Open the controls beside the site address in your browser to inspect its cookies and stored data. The controls and labels vary by browser. Hosting and authentication pages may have their own data settings.
Change browser settings
Browser privacy settings let you remove stored data for a single site or restrict third-party cookies. Removing a session cookie can sign you out of a protected page and require you to authenticate again.
